Abstract: Cowden syndrome is a genodermatosis with multiple hamartomatous neoplasms. With a high incidence of breast cancer in females, this syndrome must be recognized early for adequate treatment. Many other organ systems may be involved, including thyroid and gastrointestinal lesions.
